The steam locomotives of the type PtL 2/2 were small superheated steam locomotives of the Bavarian State Railways, which were mainly used on local railways. Because of its design and because this small locomotive was equipped with windows on each side of the driver's cab, it was nicknamed "Glaskasten".

The model consists of approx. 609 individual parts and can be motorized with two circuit cubes. One of the two motors is required for driving. With the help of the other motor, attached wagons can be uncoupled. A sophisticated system pulls one of the couplings inside the vehicle and uncouples the attached car.

The model was specially designed for the bikes available here. To install the one circuit cube, a double technology axis must be shortened.
