PDF instructions for building a steamship based on the Saxon model. The finished model is based on the Saxon steamships. Many of the striking details, such as the wheel housings, including paddle wheels, the visitor decks and the steam engine can also be found in this model. All roofs and decks can be removed individually to reveal the interior. These options make the finished model perfect for playing with, but it also cuts a fine figure as a showcase model. The steam engine inside is connected to the two paddle wheels and can be driven by installing a Power Functions L or M motor. It can also be powered up by means of a Powered Up motor. Alternatively, two LEGO tyres can be installed, which protrude downwards through the fuselage. If you now push the model over a carpet, the steam engine inside and the two paddle wheels are driven by it. The model consists of about 2600 parts and is, depending on the version, about 80 - 94cm long. No components are included. For each PDF instruction sold you will receive a parts list with the required components.

From every steamboat manual sold, we pass on 11€. With this, we support the crowdfunding initiative "Preservation of the Dresden Steamboat Fleet", which was launched by Michael Hillmann.
